What is Lymphatic Drainage?

Lymphatic Drainage uses specific techniques to stimulate lymphatic flow along precise pathways to support your lymphatic system in doing what it innately knows how to do.

Lymphatic drainage techniques are traditionally very gentle and light touch, and I combine these with my knowledge and experience as a massage therapist to create a dynamic, relaxing and invigorating lymphatic drainage session.

Please note that these Lymphatic Drainage sessions are not suitable for post operative care.

Also that if this is your first drainage with me then some of the session duration will be used for consultation.
